Dorothy Jane (Sheetz) Saylor

Red Lion—Dorothy J. (Sheetz) Saylor, 83, died Saturday, March 1, 2008 at York Hospital. A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Prospect Hill Cemetery, a procession will form at the Pennsylvania Ave entrance of the cemetery at 2:15 p.m., for anyone wanting to attend. Life Tributes by Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Saylor was born October 5, 1924 in York, a daughter of the late William C. and Myrtle (Nungesser) Sheetz. She was employed as a Press Operator with Superior Mold where she worked for many years, until her retirement in 1991. Mrs. Saylor is survived by one son, Melvin H. Saylor of Glen Rock, three daughters, Brenda L. Enfield of Winterstown and Norma J. Pennington of Fernandina Beach, Fla, 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Nelson C. Saylor and grandson, Shane R Tyson.
