Doris E. (Klineyoung) Winand

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL – Doris E. (Klineyoung) Winand, 90, formerly of York, passed away Monday, April 1, 2013. She was the wife of the late George T. Winand, Jr. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, April 8, 2013 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with The Rev. David L. Ritterpusch officiating. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 AM Monday at the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born December 25, 1922 in Hopewell Twp., a daughter of the late Harry R. and Clara E. (Miller) Klineyoung, she retired from Dentsply Intl. in 1985 after 31 years of service. She was a member of Advent Lutheran Church; Dentsply Intl. 25 year Club; Dentsco – Ed Club; Cultural Center of Charlotte Co., FL; and the Pennsylvania Club of Port Charlotte. Mrs. Winand had attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Port Charlotte. Mrs. Winand is survived by a son, George T. Winand, III and wife Carol of Port Charlotte; two sisters, Mildred E. Klineyoung and Frances E. Houston both of York. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tasya Lynne Winand; a sister, Mary C. Klineyoung; and three brothers, Harold M., Donald E., and Earl L.
