Doris B. (Barner) Stallman

YORK - Doris B. (Barner) Stallman, 78, died Sunday June 8, 2008 at The Brunswick at Longstown. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Stallman. Funeral services and burial will be private in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Stallman was born September 16, 1929 in North Bend, PA the daughter of the late Jesse J. and Laura M. (Shirk) Barner. She was a 1947 graduate of Renovo High School; worked as a legal secretary for various attorneys' in the York area; was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Red Lion and Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Stallman is survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SPCA, 3159 Susquehanna Trail North, York, PA 17402.
