YORK - Donata J. (Niekant) Wojcicka, MD, 91, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016. She was the wife of the late Franciszek Wojcicka. Funeral services will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York, PA 17408 is in charge of arrangements. Dr. Wojcicka was born on April 5, 1925 in Ruda Pabianicka, Lodz, Poland; a daughter of the late Karol and Julia (Wozinska) Niekant. She was a dermatologist in Poland until her retirement. Dr. Wojcicka emigrated to the US in order to be closer with her daughter, Dr. Jadwiga B. Wojcicka of York.
