Donald Lamar Chubb

YORK-Donald Lamar Chubb, 61 of West Manchester Township, passed away unexpectedly at his residence. He was the husband of Pamela Sue (Geesey) Chubb. The couple celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary on October 6, 2021. Donald was born in Harrisburg on October 23, 1960, the son of Dawn E. (Klinger) Chubb of Elizabethville and the late Oscar T. Chubb. He worked for Dauphin County as an adult probation officer, GAB as an insurance adjustor, and retired from Erie Insurance Group as an insurance adjustor. Donald graduated from Upper Dauphin High School and was a 1986 graduate of Mansfield University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He loved golfing, working out and spending time with his daughters and family. Donald leaves two daughters, Megan Elizabeth Chubb of Pittsburgh and Erin Nicole Chubb of St. Louis; a brother Jeff Chubb; and three sisters, Audrey Lenker, Wendi Henninger, and Becky Parker. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law’s, Lenus and Wanda Geesey. Services will be private.
