Donald L. Sabo

MECHANICSBURG- Donald L. Sabo, 65, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Holy Spirit Hospital. He was the loving husband of Marlene L. (Belair) Sabo, with whom he celebrated 37 years of marriage on February 21, 2007. A memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Christ Community Church, 1201 Slate Hill Rd., Camp Hill, with Pastors Bob Klinger and Steve Boyer officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Beaver Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 West Front Street, Lewisberry. Born April 18, 1941, in Buffalo, New York, he was a son of the late Louis Sabo and Mary (Biro) Sabo. Mr. Sabo was a member of Christ Community Church where he attended with his wife. For many years he enjoyed his position as Lead Camel Guide in their annual Christmas Pageant. He was employed by Magic Chef as a district sales manager until his retirement in 1995. In addition to his wife, Marlene, he is survived by two daughters, Denise Rogers and husband Nicholas of Fleetwood, PA and Michelle Joynt of Mechanicsburg; three sons Donald Sabo, Jr. of Williamsville, NY; Louis William Sabo of Rochester, NY; and John Stuve and wife, Lynn of Kill Buck, NY; 12 Grandchildren, Donald, Andrew, Justin, Emily, Jonathan, Catherine, Eliza, Rebekah; Susannah, Abigail, Anna, and Jennifer; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
