WINDSOR- Donald E. Tyson, 78, died on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at his residence. He was the husband of the late Phyllis Tyson. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 29, 2014 at Lebanon Lutheran Cemetery with Pastor Howard Edmondson officiating.
