Donald E. Sipe

DOVER- Donald E. Sipe, 81, died on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Sandra L. (Jumper) Sipe, to whom he was married for 55 years. Services for Mr. Sipe are private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York, is in charge of arrangements. Born on October 18, 1934 in York, he was a son of the late Clarence and Lulu (VanNatter) Sipe. Donald was a truck driver for Kindard Trucking until his retirement. Along with his wife, Sandra, Donald is survived by two daughters, Sheryl Bingaman and her husband, Fred of York and Pamela Wolfe and her companion, Dwayne Fuller of York; one granddaughter, Amber Rahn; and one great grandson, John Phillips. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Fred, Walter and Francis Sipe.
