WINDSOR- Donald E. “Flub” Heffner, Jr., 66, died on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at York Hospital. Services for Mr. Heffner are private at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born on March 11, 1951, he was the son of Phyllis (Cook) Daugherty of Red Lion and the late Donald E. Heffner, Sr. Flub was a woodworker at Nathan Hale Furniture Co. in Red Lion. Mr. Heffner was a member of the American Legion Post 605 in Dallastown and Red Lion VFW Post 1446. Mr. Heffner is survived by one daughter, Angie Hoffmaster and husband, Jeffrey of Brogue; two grandchildren, Gabrielle Bowers of Mt. Gretna and Kobe Heffner of Brogue; one great grandson, Leo Miller of Mt. Gretna; one sister, Sandra Brown of Felton; stepmother, Janet Heffner of Red Lion; and his cat, Chica.
