Donald "Donnie" L. Loder

AIRVILLE- Donald “Donnie” L. Loder, 64, died on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at his residence. He was the companion of Donna R. Eaton. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with Pastor Howard Edmondson officiating. Viewings will be from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday and from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, both at the funeral home. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born on February 13, 1953 in Hanover, he was a son of the late George W. and Mabel C. (Albright) Loder, Sr. Donnie enjoyed fishing and making sinkers. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandson. Along with his companion Donna, Donnie is survived by one daughter, Mellisa Loder of Airville; one step daughter, Melody Vivian of Red Lion; one step son, Kody Jackson of Red Lion; one step grandson, Carter Jackson; nine brothers, Gary, Raymond, John, Albert, David, Paul, William, Terry and George; five sisters, Dorothy, Grace, Margaret, Martha, and Ethel; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert, Glenn, Richard and James; and one sister, Mary.
