YORK - Donald Allen England, 57, of Windsor Twp., died at 2:42 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2008, at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the loving husband of Sandra M. (McCormick) England, his best friend and soul mate, with whom he celebrated a 36th wedding anniversary on November 13, 2007. Friends are invited to visit and share memories of Mr. England's life with his family on Tuesday evening, May 6, 2008 between 5 and 7:00 p.m. at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 1551 Kenneth Rd., York. Mr. England was born April 28, 1951, in Maitland, West Virginia. He was the son of the late Floyd and Virginia B. (Eggers) England. He received his Business Degree from the University of Delaware and was currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Livewire International in York. He had previously served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Par Technologies in New Hartford, NY where he was a member of the President's Club and also served in the US Navy from 1969 to 1977. Mr. England was a gifted individual that was able to accomplish any task put before him. He was a devoted father who enjoyed coaching his son's sports teams and was a Past President of the REN Youth Association. He was a very giving person, always ready to help others before himself. In addition to his wife, Mr. England leaves his two sons, Christopher D. England and wife, Mei of Wethersfield, CT and Michael A. England and wife, Ruthann of Lake Hopatcong, NJ; his four grandchildren, Trinity Mary England, Brandon Donald England, Cathleen Nancy England and Allissa Sandra England; three brothers, Larry England of Florida, Roger and Floyd England, both of Illinois; a sister, Ruby Lee, also of Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, P.O. Box 850, Hershey, PA 17033.
