Diane K. (Shirk) Lannan

Mill HALL - Diane K. (Shirk) Lannan, 62, passed away at her residence on Friday, March 11, 2011. She was born in Lock Haven on July 26, 1948, a daughter of Charles Shirk of Lamar and the late Betty (Evers) Shirk. Diane was a technician in the laundry department of Lock Haven Hospital for 29 years. She was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed flea markets and antique shows. Surviving is her husband: James R. Lannan whom she married on June 24, 1967. Also surviving are her brothers: David (Robin) Shirk of Mill Hall and Dean Shirk of Howard, sisters: Kathy (Stephen) Packer of Flemington and Robin (Ed) Kissell of Linden, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Funeral services will be held at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday March 15, 2011. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6-8 p.m.. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
