Delphine M. (Elliott) Budman

MILTON - Delphine M. (Elliott) Budman, 79, died on Tuesday, August 03, 2010 at the Kramm Healthcare Center, Milton. Delphine was born on December 15, 1930 in White Deer and was the daughter of the late Charles and Flora (Byers) Elliott. She was a graduate of Milton High School, Class of 1949. On September 19, 1951, she had married Charles M. "Charlie" Budman, Jr. and have been married for 58 years. She had graduated from the Empire Beauty School, Sunbury. She owned and operated her own beauty salon and was a part time employee of Budman Auto Body. Delphine was a member of the St. John's United Church of Christ, New Columbia. She had volunteered for Meals on Wheels for many years, enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law; Lucinda J. and Richard Prether of Shiremanstown and Terri Budman Kremer of Milton, one grandson; Justin E. Budman of McEwensville and two great grandchildren; Jake Andrew Budman and Lane Jaxon Budman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2010 at the St. John's United Church of Christ, 906 Old Rte. 15, New Columbia, with the Reverend Douglas J. Seagal officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. John's United Church of Christ, 906 Old Rt. 15, New Columbia, PA 17856. Arrangements are being handled by the Dale E.
