Deborah J. Wilver

York—Deborah J. Wilver, 58, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11AM, Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Temple Lutheran Church, 5600 North Route 130, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. Officiating the service will be her pastor, the Rev. David L. Stoner. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York, Pa 17408 is in charge of arrangements. Born July 19, 1960 in Norfolk, Virginia, she was a daughter of John H. and Donna J. (Miller) Wilver of Apollo. A graduate of Apollo Ridge High School in 1978, she later earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University of PA and a MBA from New Hampshire College. She was a Program Manager for BAE Systems and previously employed with Lockheed Martin as an Engineer. Ms. Wilver is survived by two children: Amanda J. Lavertu and husband, Daniel Jr. of Huntersville, NC and James E. Eagle of Phoenix, AZ; grandson Daniel Lavertu III; and her parents, sister Laurie A. Meier and niece of Apollo. Debbie was known for her commitment to family and ability to spread love and happiness to countless others. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
