Debora A. Augustine

SALLADASBURG - Debora A. Augustine, 59, passed away due to a brief illness on Sunday, March 16, 2014. She was born on February 24, 1955 in Williamsport and was the daughter of Ralph Augustine, Jr. of Williamsport and the late Phyllis M. (Beaver). She had graduated from Williamsport High School, Class of 1973. She had worked for the Dept. of Agriculture, Pampered Pet Shop, Chevett and as a cook for D’Agostino’s Pizza & Subs since 1989. She enjoyed calligraphy, art and drawing, coin collecting, nurturing plants and gardening, music, movie watching and entertaining. She had a life long love and passion of animals and cooking. In addition to her father, Debora is survived by her companion; Kenneth Bower of Salladasburg, two brothers and one sister-in-law; Ralph Augustine, III of Williamsport and John A. and Karen Augustine of Jersey Shore, one sister and brother-in-law; Milissa M. Augustine-Swatsworth and Ryan Swatsworth of Williamsport, 4 nieces and nephews; Dana Augustine of Montoursville, Cody Augustine of Linden and Alysha Augustine of Jersey Shore and Ralph Charles Augustine of Denver, CO, one great-niece and one great-nephew; Adelyn Kilbourn and Parker Kilbourn of Montoursville and her beloved pets; Pebbles and Spanky. In keeping with Debora's wishes, burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Milissa Augustine, 2510 Northway Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701 to plant a tree in Debora’s memory and funeral expenses. Arrangements are being handled by the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira St., Williamsport.
