Dean H. Orndorf, Sr.

LAMAR - Dean H. Orndorf, Sr., 66, died at his residence. He was born February 13, 1950 in Lock Haven a son of the late Edwin W. and Mary E. (Young) Orndorf. Dean was married on Sept., 27, 1968 in Mill Hall to the former Debra Kay Munro who died February 15, 2002. He worked for Coca-Cola Company in Milesburg for 15 years retiring in 2015. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Surviving are two sons; Dean H. (Carrie) Orndorf, Jr., of Beech Creek and David (Carrimae) Orndorf of Muncy. Five grandchildren Tyler, James, Heather, Stephanie and Brandon also a great grandson Kayden James Orndorf. Two brothers Robert Orndorf and Edwin Orndorf, Jr. both of Howard. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with pastor Mark Riley officiating. Friends and relatives will be received from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.
