Dawn E. White

DOVER – Dawn E. (Wagner) White, 94, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at her home. She was the wife of the late Paul E. White who died on August 3, 2014.

Born September 14, 1928 in York, a daughter of the late Gustive H. and Elizabeth H. (Zeigler) Wagner, she was a weaver at Bluebird and other silk mills in the York area. Mrs. White loved traveling around the country with her husband in their RV.

Mrs. White is survived by a son, Michael E. White of Dover; two daughters, Karen A. and husband Howard Daniels of Mt. Wolf and Patti A. and husband Jeff Ness of Dover; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Mrs. White was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Christina Sue Butcher.

Tribute services will be private with burial in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements.
