Dawn E. (Smith) Blouse

Manchester—Dawn E. (Smith) Blouse, 50, passed away, Sunday, July 11, 2010 at Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Randy L. Blouse. A celebration of life service will be 10 a.m., Friday, July 16, 2010 at Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc, 1551 Kenneth Rd, York, with her pastor, the Rev. Kevin T. Shively, officiating. A visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m., Friday, at the funeral chapel. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Born January 24, 1960 in York, she was a daughter of Eva L. (Myers) Smith of Dover and the late Donald E. Smith Sr. She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at York Hospital for 14 years. Spending time with her family was something she cherished, especially the time she spent with her grandsons. She loved her dog, Yoda, enjoyed reading and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in York. Mrs. Blouse is survived by a daughter, Kristin E. Smith of York, a son, Kevin E. Ambrose of Manchester, three grandsons, Isaiah, Tyler and Aidan, a brother, Donald E. Smith Jr, of Dover, two sisters, Debra Vought and Tammy Smeltzer, both of York and nieces and nephews.
