David E. Stonesifer

FELTON- David E. Stonesifer, 60, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Joyce A. (Scott) Stonesifer. The couple celebrated 10 years of marriage on March 23rd of this year. A memorial service to celebrate David’s life will be held at Noon on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the family’s home, 87 Cypress Point Road, Felton, with his brother, Charles Stonesifer, officiating. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, is in charge of arrangements. Born November 21, 1956 in York, David was a son of Eugene Stonesifer of York and the late Evelyn Louise (Grove) Stonesifer. He worked for 22 years as a printer for Standard Register and more recently spent a year employed at Pennsylvania Steel Company, Inc. David was a Steelers fan, but the real love of his life was his family, especially his granddaughters. Along with his wife, Joyce, Mr. Stonesifer is survived by a daughter, Nicole Winemiller of Felton; three grandchildren, Brandon, Makenzie, and Jozlynn; two brothers, Charles Stonesifer and his wife Ethel of Abbottstown and Kenny Stonesifer and his wife Diane of Abbottstown; a sister, Sherri Stonesifer; a sister-in-law, Michelle Grove of Felton, and his best friend and “brother”, Bommer and his wife Bernie of Dover.
