David D. Long

YORK- David D. Long, 80, passed away Thursday April 20, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Delores H. (Tobias) Long to whom he was married for 11 years. Tribute services will be private. Private burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York is in charge of arrangements. Born March 23, 1937 in York, a son of the late Harry M. and Alice M. (Quickle) Long, David was an over the road truck driver. He was a member of the American Legion, Ninth Ward Republican Club and the former Moose Lodge. Mr. Long was a US Navy veteran of The Korean War.
