GLEN ROCK - David A. Hartman, 61 of Codorus Twp., died Sunday, November 9, 2014 at his residence. He was the husband of Kim Kelly Hartman. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2014 at Living Word Community Church, in the Video Café, 2530 Cape Horn Rd. in Red Lion, with a visitation from noon-1 p.m. The Reverend James E. Ward will be officiating at the service. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion is assisting the family with the arrangements. Mr. Hartman was born in York on January 12, 1953, the son of the late Robert and Beatrice (Ness) Hartman. He was self-employed as a craftsman and a mason. Mr. Hartman attended Faith Fellowship in York. He was a 1970 graduate of Dallastown High School, where he was a State Championship Wrestler. He also enjoyed singing. Mr. Hartman leaves a son, Brandon Hartman of York; two daughters, Lauren (Hartman) Sprenkle of Red Lion and Lindsey Keeney of York; seven grandchildren; a brother, Martin Hartman of Dallastown; three sisters, Trudy Mundis of Felton, Lisa Brenneman of York, and Janet Hartman of York; three stepchildren Jami Zelger of Red Lion, Nick Root of Felton, and Jaclyn Boutwell of Houston, TX. A brother, Lynn Hartman had preceded in death. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 924-N Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403.
