David A. Buck

David A. Buck, 58, of Milton, PA formally from Pine City, NY, passed away on January 2, 2018 peacefully at home surrounded by family. David was born July 29, 1959 in Milton, the son of the late Jay R. Buck, I. and Joann (Showers), who survives. David was a 1977 Graduate of Milton High School, and was an active member of the wrestling team. David attended Lock Haven University and received his masters from Mansfield University. David was an educator for the Elmira City School District for 30 years. He coached many sports during his time including; volleyball, softball, and most notably wrestling. David found most peace while fishing at Black Lake, NY where his ashes will be spread this summer. In addition to his mother, David is survived by his three daughters; Elizabeth M. Buck, of Buffalo, NY, Erica A. Buck of Denver, CO and Emily M. Buck of Roanoke, VA., three brothers; Jay R. II (Leslie Yocum) of Milton, Gary (Laurie Joan) Buck of Northumberland PA, Scott (Peggy) Buck of Milton. Nieces and Nephews; Aubrey (Bristol) Marunde, Chris, Michala, Janaya, Westin, Travis, and Lance Yocum. In addition to his father, David is predeceased in death by his beloved Grandmother, Willmina Rorick Buck and Grandfather; Guy Buck. Or the Elmira Wrestling Program. A memorial service will be held at the Pine City Fire Department Sunday January 7, from 1:00p - 3:00p with private memorial at later date.
