Darvin W. "Don" Weston

RED LION – Darvin W. “Don” Weston, 83, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at his residence. He was the partner of David L. Benson with whom he shared 38 years.

A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with Rev. David Tietje officiating. A viewing will be held from 9-10:00 AM Thursday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday in Jerusalem Cemetery, Keystone Ave., Schuylkill Haven, PA.

Born July 27, 1939 in Schuylkill Haven, PA, a son of the late James W. and Elizabeth Weston; he was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School and Arizona State University. During his young adult years, Don worked as a nurse in Arizona. Upon moving back to PA, Don worked many years at Wanamaker and Stern Dept. Stores.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Weston was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
