Daniel S. Young

Windsor—Daniel S. "Danny" Young, 48, passed away, Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Marcia A. (Smith) Young to whom he was married for 24 yrs. A celebration of life tribute will be held 11 a.m., Monday, December 22, 2008 at Willow Street Baptist Church, 2819M Willow Street Pike N., Willow Street, Pa 17584. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place,Red Lion, Pa 17356. Born December 30, 1959 in Lancaster, he was the son of Daniel A. and Barbara (Rowe) Young of Dallastown. He was a working foreman with Kemps Foods for 23 years and also with Atlas Cold Storage. Danny enjoyed the outdoors, he especially loved hunting, was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, but more than anything he cherished time with his family. In addition to his wife, Mr. Young is also survived by one daughter, Ashley L. Stover and her husband, Steven of Windsor, one son, Daniel M. Young of Windsor, two sisters, Pat A. Spang and her husband, Jerry of Florida and Pam A. Weis and her husband Richard of Hellam and several nieces and nephews.
