Dale L. Snyder

DALLASTOWN-Dale L. Snyder, 94, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Manor Care Health Services in Dallastown. He was the husband of Mildred (Cross) Snyder. The couple celebrated their 74th wedding anniversary on December 12, 2016. Burial will be private in Mount Rose Cemetery in York. . Mr. Snyder was born in York County on March 11, 1922, the son of the late Marvin E. and Myrtle (Eberly) Snyder. He retired from York Casket Company. Mr. Snyder was a member of Adamsville United Methodist Church. He was also a member of Dallastown American Legion. He served in the US Army in WWII. Along with his wife, Mildred, Mr. Snyder leaves a daughter, Ellen R. Snyder and her husband, Mark A. Enfield of Three Springs; a grandson, Eric Stuck and his wife Melissa Warner of Windsor; a great granddaughter, Koryn; and two sisters, Phyllis Zimmerman of Red Lion and Carolyn Godfrey of Dallastown .
