WEST PALM BEACH, FL – D. Patricia (Gifford) Lentz, 96, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her daughter’s home. She was the wife of the late Donald H. Lentz. A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 1:30 PM Monday, November 22, 2021 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. A visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 PM Monday at the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Mrs. Lentz was born on October 3, 1925 in York, a daughter of the late Hanual H. and Mary E. (Fisher) Gifford. She had been a member of First Presbyterian Church of York. Mrs. Lentz is survived by a daughter, Sharon A. Heidlebaugh of West Palm Beach, FL; three grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Scott B. and Bruce H. Lentz and two brothers, Richard H. and Donald H. Gifford.
