Howard - Cyrri Blare Culvey age 4 months passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Cyrri was born June 23, 2007 in Danville she was the daughter of Thomas S. Culvey and Erica L. Matis of Howard. She is survived by a brother Cayden at home. Maternal Grandparents Richard & Brenda Matis of Howard, Maternal Great grandmother Virginia Gundlach of Howard, Maternal Great-Great grandmother Esther Askey of Howard, Maternal Great grandfather Richard S. Matis, Sr. of Howard Paternal Grandfather Kenneth L. Culvey, II and his companion Cindy Smith of Salona, Paternal grandmother Susan L. Eisenhauer of Lebanon, Paternal Great Grandmother Betty Maguire of Mill Hall, She is also survived by several Aunt's, Uncles and cousins. The Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 20, 2007 at the Helt Funeral chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with Pastor Pat Pittsnogle officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Private interment will be held at Hayes-Fearon Cemetery, Beech Creek.
