Cynthia Dawn Weaver

MILL HALL - Cynthia Dawn Weaver, age 50, died at her residence on Saturday, August 7, 2010. She was born in Lock Haven on Feb. 2, 1960, a daughter of the late Robert Killinger and Alice Falls Ferguson of Mill Hall. Cynthia was an office manager for GLS Warehousing and previously worked in the offices of Penntran in Milesburg and Geisler Logistics. She also worked as a certified nursing assistant at Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte. She loved music, poetry, and gardening and was especially proud of her dogs. Cynthia loved family time especially with her grandchildren. Besides her mother, Cynthia is survived by her long time companion: John A. Guthrie, a step-mother: Kathleen Wagner of Tylersville and daughters: Mistie (Mike) Weaver and Jamee (Jason) Sheaffer both of Mill Hall. Also surviving are grandchildren: Michael, Marissa, Afton, Dominique, and Alexandra, brother: Tim Killinger of Snow Shoe, sisters: Pam of Bellefonte, Teena of Beech Creek, and Holly of Virginia, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2010 with Rev. Dennis A. Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral chapel from 6-8 p.m. Monday. Memorials are requested to the Clinton Co. Chapter of the Cancer Society, 1948 E 3rd St., Williamsport, Pa. 17701-3945.
