Courtney R. Boyer

Hellam—Courtney R. Boyer, 29, died Saturday, June 15, 2013 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York with the Rev. Richard Starr officiating. A viewing will be held from 9-11 AM, Thursday, at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Kreutz Creek Cemetery. Born June 9, 1984 in York, she was a daughter of the Stephanie G. Boyer of Wrightsville and Charles A. Boyer, Jr., and his wife Amy of Hellam. Her passion and love of animals led her to Companion Animal Clinic in Columbia where she was employed as a receptionist. Courtney will always be remembered for her great love of animals and will be forever missed by her Australian cattle, Diesel. In addition to her parents, Courtney is survived by two sisters, Lacey K Boyer and Brittany S. Boyer; step brother, Caleb J. Daughtery; paternal grandparents, Charlie Sr., and Domenica Boyer; paternal great grandmother, Esther Boyer and step grandmother, Donna Daughtery.
