Concetta M. Summerson

Concetta M. "Connie" Summerson, 76 of Renovo passed away, Tuesday September 30, 2008 at Bucktail Medical Center where she resided for the past two years. She was born November 1, 1931 in Renovo the daughter of Santo & Anna (Bruno) Paoletti. Connie was married on September 29, 1959 to Robert E. Summerson they celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary together. She worked as a secretary for Fr. Miller at St. Joseph Church, Bell Telephone Co. and the former Widmann's as a clerk for 25 years. She was a member of St. Joseph Church and a 50 year member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She is survived by her loving husband and one son Dale R. (Laura) Summerson of Elkridge, MD One granddaughter Brittany. She was preceded in death by one brother Joseph and a sister Angela Sheehan. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1:00 P.M. Friday, October 3, 2008 at St. Joseph Church, 925 Huron Ave., with Rev. Richard Tomkosky officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Street from 12:00 -12:45 Friday. Memorial contributions can be made to Bucktail Medical Center in her memory.
