WILLIAMSPORT - Claudia E. (Leaphart) McMillan, 78, died on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center. She was married in April 1972 to Robert E. McMillan, who survives. Claudia was born in Columbia, SC on March 15, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Rebecca K. (Leaphart). Claudia had worked for Wundies for over 20 years then retired. She was also an entrepreneur that was a landlord. She was affiliated with Ebenezer Baptist Church and was a member of Pop Warner Association. She enjoyed plants, writing poems, dance and music. In addition to her husband, she is survived by 4 sons; Michael A. (Rosemary) Taylor, Darryl F. Taylor, Kevin S. Taylor and companion Nicole Jenney, and Richard E. “Richie” McMillan and fiancée Priscilla Davis, all of Williamsport, five daughters; Diane T. Walker (Michael) of Brooklyn, NY, Valorie Taylor and companion Clyde Faltz, Sr., Kim D. Englert, Michelle L. McMillan and Robin E. McMillan, all of Williamsport, 27 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one brother; Steven T. Campbell (Maryetta) of New York and two sisters; Margaret Collins of Philadelphia and Deborah R. Campbell of New York. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one son; Charles G. Taylor. The funeral will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira St., Williamsport. There will be a public viewing at the funeral home 10-11 a.m. Friday. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery.
