Claire M. (Burns) Papenberg

RED LION - Claire M. (Burns) Papenberg, 91, died November 26, 2021 at Providence Place Senior Living of Dover. Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. is in charge of arrangements. Born September 23, 1930 in North Arlington, New Jersey, Mrs. Papenberg was a daughter of the late John J. and Anna M. (Nassauer) Burns. After graduating from high school, Mrs. Papenberg worked for the majority of her carrier as an executive secretary for the public works in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Mrs. Papenberg was #1 fan of the Baltimore Colts, to which she held season tickets for the majority of the years they played. She will always be remembered for her kind, and generous heart. In her free time, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Papenberg is survived by her three sons; Albert A. Papenberg, III, Michael Papenberg, and Eric Papenberg, five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Mrs. Papenberg is preceded in death by three brothers, Tommie, Jack, and Frankie; and two sisters, Anne, and Peggy. CLICK HERE TO SEND FLOWERS
