Christopher P. Rizzuto

YORK- Christopher P. Rizzuto, 20, passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life tribute service will be held at 6 PM on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York, with The Reverend Keith J. Berkheiser, II of Stonybrook Bible Church, officiating. A viewing will be held from 4-6 PM prior to the service. Born October 15, 1995 in Morristown, NJ, Chris was a son of Phil and Alex (Mackenzie) Rizzuto of York. He was studying his Associate's degree in CAD/CAM drafting at YTI- Career Institute of York and was recently completing an internship at St. Onge Company. Chris loved music, ice hockey, playing guitar, cars and motorcycles. In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by a brother, Nick Rizzuto; paternal grandparents, Phil and Millie Rizzuto; maternal grandfather, John Mackenzie and his wife, Bonnie; maternal grandmother, Catherine Owen-Thomas and her husband, Howard; an aunt and uncle Allison Mackenzie and Mark Demlo, who were also Chris' godparents; a girlfriend, Katie Kollner; and extended family and friends.
