Christian M. Mchugh

HANOVER- Christian M. McHugh, 42 of Penn Township, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2015 at his residence. A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a visitation from 1-2 p.m. Father Keith Carroll will be officiating at the service. York County Veterans Honor Guard will be providing full military honors at the start of the service. Christian was born in Bronxville, NY on August 21, 1972, the son of Mary Ann (Waskel) McHugh of Bay Shore, NY and the late John McHugh. He served in the US Army from 1991-1998 where he received the Good Conduct Medal, Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Rifle Bars, as well and numerous other medals. Along with his mother, Christian leaves three children, Kayla, Ayden, and Aubrielle; a brother Joseph McHugh; three sisters, Cary Ann Bruce, Terri Ann Roderick, and Erin Kathleen McHugh; and a step-father, Enrico Anselmi.
