Chester A. Wilt

ETTERS-Chester A. Wilt, 71, passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at his residence. He was the husband of Peggy A. (Brown) Wilt. The couple celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary on December 12, 2017. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Tri County Memorial Gardens in Lewisberry, with full military honors provided by York County Veterans Honor Guard. The Reverend Joshua Fowler will be officiating at the service. Beaver- Urich Funeral Home, Inc. 305 W. Front Street in Lewisberry is in charge of the service. Mr. Wilt was born in Marysville on December 16, 1946, a son of the late John and Gladys (Gross) Wilt. He retired after over 33 years of service with the Navy Depot in Mechanicsburg. He served in the US Army in the Vietnam War. Along with his wife Peggy, Mr. Wilt leaves two daughters, Kathy Wilt and Karey Wilt and three brothers, John Wilt, III, Fred Wilt and David Wilt.
