Cheryl Lee Thurber

YORK HAVEN- Cheryl Lee (Huff) Thurber, 73, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 at her residence. She was the wife of Gordon L. Thurber, Jr. A graveside service will be held at 1p.m. on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Riverview Memorial Park in Penn Hills, PA. Beaver-Urich Funeral Home. Inc. 305 West Front Street in Lewisberry is assisting the family with the arrangements. Mrs. Thurber was born in Pittsburgh on August 15, 1944, the daughter of the late Robert D. and Catherine (May) Huff. She retired as a dog breeder and enjoyed showing dogs and tending her horses. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Thurber leaves two daughters, Sheri Sisson (Chad) of Etters, and Gayle Stuebgen (Ron) of Wildwood, NJ.; and four grandchildren, Holly, Cory, Shelby, and Brody.
