Charmaine Y. Seitz

WAPWALLOPEN- Charmaine Y. (Grove) Seitz passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Viewings will be from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 and from 9:30-10 on Thursday April, 15, 2010 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner, 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion. A graveside service will follow the morning viewing at Lebanon Lutheran Cemetery. Ms. Seitz was born on October 17, 1932 in York, a daughter of the late Clayton S. and Priscilla M. (Deller) Grove. She worked as a Station Manager for WNAK Radio until her retirement in 2005. Ms. Seitz attended Slocum United Methodist Church. She was a volunteer at the Salvation Army. She also loved to travel. Charmaine is survived by a son, Michael Seitz and his wife, Barbara of Drums, PA; one granddaughter, Christa Buonaiuto and her husband, Frank of Weatherly, PA; one brother, LaMarr Grove and his wife Wuanita of Felton; three sisters, Gloria Fanucci of Enterprise, AL., Nedra Williams and her partner, Bradley Warner of Lewisberry, and Dawn Overmiller and her husband, Charles of Windsor; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Marcellus Grove and Clayton Grove, Jr. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 924 N. Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403.
