Charlotte E. (Herman) Klingaman

HAYSHIRE- Charlotte E. (Herman) Klingaman, 87, of York died Monday, August 18, 2008 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late J. Eddie Klingaman. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at Prospect Hill Cemetery, with family and friends gathering at the Pennsylvania Ave entrance at 9:45 AM. Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Klingaman was born January 6, 1921 in York, the daughter of the late Philip L. and Virginia E. (Gentzler) Herman. She was a member of Hayshire United Church of Christ, A.A.R.P. West York Chapter #1578 and the York Chapter Alpha Iota Sorority. She was a 1939 graduate of York High School and attended Thompson's Business School in York. Mrs. Klingaman leaves a daughter, Sandra Beth Klingaman of Shiloh.
