Charles Marlin Fultz

Charles Marlin Fultz, 80, died on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at The Gardens at West Shore. Services for Mr. Fultz are private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York is in charge of arrangements. Born on April 10, 1941 in Belleville, he was a son of the late Charles and Elma C. (Clark) Fultz. Charles was a 1960 graduate of Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. He was a printer at the York Dispatch until his retirement in March of 1990. Mr. Fultz was a member of the York Association of the Deaf and the PA Society for the Advancement of the Deaf. Charles is survived by his son, Chad Fultz and his wife, Iris of York; daughter, Melinda Fultz of Manchester; four grandchildren, Chelsea Woodard and her husband, Joshua of York, Josie Steward of Dallastown, Reed Fultz of York and Annabelle Fultz of York; two great grandchildren Avery Rauba and Bennett Jansen; and brother, Ray Fultz.
