Charles H. Goheen

York—Charles H. ”Chucky” Goheen, 70, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025 at Inners Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00AM, Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Dr. Eddie Miller. A Viewing will be held from 9:00 – 10:00AM, Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be private in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

Born April 27, 1954 in York, he was the son of the late Russel and Dorothy (Rodman) Goheen.

He was employed through Shadowfax service agency, working as a grocery clerk at Giant Foods. Charles attended York City Schools and enjoyed following York High sports teams.

Mr. Goheen is survived by two brothers, Russel Goheen and his wife, Linda of New Cumberland and Robert Goheen and his wife, Glenna of York; one sister, Ann Marie Thomas of Hickory, NC; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Goheen.
