Charles Franklin Beaverson

WRIGHTSVILLE- Charles Franklin “Peepaw” Beaverson, 74 of Lower Windsor Township passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 1-2 p.m. Ryan Smith will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Canadochly Cemetery in York. Charles was born in Martinsville on September 23, 1947, the son of the late Clair I and Romaine E. (Waltemeyer) Beaverson. He retired from Campbell Chain/Apex Tools after 45 years of service. Charles was a member of Kreutz Creek VFW post 7045. He enjoyed attending Motor Menders Rod & Custom Events at the Markets at Shrewsbury. Charles leaves two daughters, Tonya Beaverson and Angela Beaverson; two grandchildren, Tanner Beaverson and his companion Bree Lee and Kobe Beaverson; a great granddaughter, Mia Beaverson; a sister, Shirley Smeltzer and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda McMillion and a brother-in-law, Kenneth Smeltzer. Memorial contributions may be made to Great Reward Ministries, 142 N.
