Charles A. 'Bud' Young

LOCK HAVEN - Charles A. “Bud” Young, 60 of Avis died Thursday, September 22, 2011 at the home of his sister Bonnie Edwards. He was born February 3, 1951 in Lock Haven a son of the late Charles H. and Vivian (Orndorf) Young. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. Bud was a member of the American Legion, Avis. He enjoyed fishing woodworking and painting ceramics. Surviving are one daughter Shawna (Jason) Hill of Casper, Wyoming two brothers Gary (Patti) Young of Lock Haven and Rick (June) Young of Brooksville, FL also twin sisters Connie (Todd) Hildreth of Brooksville, FL and Bonnie (George) Edwards with whom he resided with. A brother Stanley Young preceded him in death. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill has charge of arrangements.
