Charlene A. (Trimble) Grove

STEWARTSTOWN Charlene A. (Trimble) Grove, 75, formerly of Craley, died at 6:30 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2013 at ManorCare – Dallastown. She was the wife of William E. Grove with whom she celebrated a 55th wedding anniversary on February 13th. Following cremation, a graveside tribute service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Grove was born January 23, 1938, in York. She was the daughter of the late Jesse W. and Mary B. (McSherry) Trimble. She was a graduate of York Catholic High School and was employed as a folder with Hellam Hosiery for more than 20 years. She will be remembered for her homemade candy at the holidays and enjoyed hosting parties and playing games with her family and friends. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Grove leaves her sons, Danny E. Grove and wife, Jeanne of York, and Jeffrey S. Grove of Lake Tahoe, NV; her grandson, Craig Grove and wife, Dawn; and two step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy A. Grove in 1995, and her sister, Judith M. Rohrbaugh.
