Cathy A. Geiger

YORK-Cathy A. (Odell) Geiger, 64, of Springettsbury Township passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Manor Care Health Services, South in York. She was the wife of the late Frank T. Geiger. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a viewing from 1-2 p.m. Pastor Keith Berkheiser, II will be officiating at the service. Burial will be private in Mount Rose Cemetery. Mrs. Geiger was born in York on May 26, 1952, the daughter of the late James W. and Annamae L. (Henry) Odell. She retired in 2013 from the US Postal Service where she was a mail handler. Mrs. Geiger was a charter member of Stonybrook Bible Church in York. Mrs. Geiger leaves two sons, Jared T. Geiger and his wife Kim of Tennessee and Brian J. Geiger and his wife Theresa of York; five grandchildren, Brianna, Brandon, Jared, Jr., Devin, and Justin; and her sister, Joni M. Walters of York.
