LOCK HAVEN - Catherine M. (DeManno) Darby, 56, died, Wednesday, Oct., 17, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, She was born In Lock Haven on December 11, 1961 a daughter of the late Vincent and Dorothy (Garrett) DeManno. Catherine was married on January 17, 1981 to Douglas W. Darby, Sr. They celebrated 37 years of marriage together. She worked at the Comfort Inn in Lamar. She enjoyed yard sales, collecting knick knacks and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She was Catholic. Surviving are her loving husband, three sons Douglas (Sabrina) Darby, Jr. of Castanea and twin sons Curtis and his fiancé (Felicia) Darby and Troy Darby both of Lock Haven. Six grandchildren Skyler, Kaitlyn, Olivia, Damion, Joshua and Georgia. Two brothers Vince DeManno and Christopher DeManno both of Lock Haven and three sisters Lori Jordan of Dunnstown, Leslie Fohringer of Loganton and Joyce DeManno of Lock Haven. She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews also two sister in laws and two brother in laws. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct., 23, 2018 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. Friends and relatives will be received from 3:00 – 3:30 at the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral chapel to assist the family with final expenses. Interment will be private.
