Carleen (Collier) Martin

DOVER – Carleen (Collier) Martin, 74, passed away May 13, 2014 at Country Meadows at Trolley Road. She was the wife of Joseph W. Martin to whom she was married for 54 years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Born October 1, 1939 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Kenneth W. and Genevieve A. (Seiler) Collier, she was a graduate of Upper Darby High School. Carleen was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Martin is survived by two daughters, Cheryl D. and husband Thomas Grove of Dover and Heather L. Martin of Dover; four grandchildren, Brittany Strayer, Joseph Frey, Jessica Rugg, and Amanda Grove; and two great granddaughters, Rylee Frey and Caroline Strayer; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Keezel.
