Carey Marie Monaghan

WHITEHAVEN - Carey Marie Monaghan, 49, of the Whitehaven Center, died Wednesday morning at the Hazleton General Hospital. Born in Pottsville on June 27, 1959, she was a daughter of James and Dorothy (Oakill) Monaghan, Pottsville. Surviving Carey in addition to her parents are: a brother Brian and his wife Donna, Pottsville; two sisters, Pamela and her husband Richard Leymeister, Pottsville and Shelia Monaghan and her husband Argie Tidmore, Pottsville; three nieces, Sara Leymeister, Haley Tidmore and Zoe Tidmore; and a nephew Eric Leymeister. Funeral services will be private, held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Pottsville. The Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, 6th & W.
