Brian R. Farmer

DOVER – Brian R. Farmer, 48, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Jackie K. (Hoffman) Farmer to whom he was married for five years. Funeral services and burial will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Born July 18, 1967 in Lebanon, a son of Allan Farmer and his wife, Kelli Powell of Annville and the late Grace G. (Layser) Farmer, he was a 1985 graduate of Cedar Crest High School. Brian was a US Coast Guard veteran and member of East Berlin VFW Post 8896. In addition to his wife, father and stepmother, Brian is survived by two sons, Steven “Chris” Farmer and Benjamin M. Farmer; and a brother, Kevin Farmer. He was preceded in death by a brother, Allan “Rick” Farmer.
