Brian K. Hahn

WEST YORK – Brian K. Hahn, 56, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at his home. He was the husband of Bridget K. (Breen) Hahn to whom he was married for 30 years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, January 22, 2016 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with Certified Celebrant, Betty Frey officiating. Viewings will be held from 6-8:00 PM Thursday and 1-2:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Chapel. Born June 27, 1959 in York, a son of Lois A. (Wertz) Hahn of Dover and the late Richard D. Hahn, he was a 1977 graduate of William Penn Senior High School. Brian, along with his son Derek, own and operate Brian Hahn Flooring. He was a member of Viking Athletic Assoc., and a former member of Ninth Ward Republican Club and Vigilant Club where he also played softball. Brian loved spending summers at his property along the Susquehanna River. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Derek K. Hahn of West York and his significant other Jes Arnold, and Dylan T. Hahn of West York; two daughters, Brittany M. Hahn of West York and her fiancé, Nate Sunday, and Brooke T. Hahn of West York and her significant other, Garth Rapp; a brother, Barry E. and wife Toni Hahn of Madison, NC; and his yellow Labrador, Chance. Mr. Hahn was preceded in death by a brother, Bradley D. Hahn; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Wertz; and mother in law, Miriam Breen. Memorial contributions may be made to York Co.
