Brian K. Allman, 50, passed away Saturday December 24, 2022 at his residence in Windsor Township, surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Jalyssa C. (Caban) Allman, whom he was with for 8 years and married for 1 ½ years.


A Celebration of Life Service will be 2:00PM Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Officiating the service will be Jiajoyce R. Conway. Visitations will be held from 5:00-8:00PM, Tuesday January 10, 2023 and from 1:00-2:00PM, Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.


Born April 11, 1972 in York, he was a son of the late Edgar McDaniel and Darlene (Smith) Parkinson.


He was a dedicated 18-year veteran of the Baltimore City Police Department, serving as a Detective Sergeant with the department’s Special Investigations Section.


An avid dirt track racing enthusiast, he was the owner of Allman Motor Sports and a member of York County Racing Club.


In addition to his wife, Brian is also survived by his son, Zachary Allman and his wife, Katelyn; three daughters, Danielle Haugh and husband, Cameron, Kessa Callaway and Olivia Allman; eight grandchildren, Sophia Haugh, Braxton Allman, BrennaMae Allman, Rilynn Allman, Xavier Callaway, Princell Andrews Jr., Jazarah Johnson and Jayli’Ana Johnson; two brothers, Michael Allman and Edgar McDaniel and nieces and nephews.


The family would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Cancer Care Associates of York and especially to Dr. Joseph Kannarkatt.


In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
